Holly-Hunter

Holly Hunter was an American actress, who gained fame in the film Broadcast News The Firm The Piano The Incredibles. Her work has been recognized with numerous awards for her work, including an Oscar. At a young age she began playing on stage for various Broadway or Off Broadway productions. Since her childhood she's always been enthusiastic about acting. She was Helen Keller as a fifth-grade pupil in a school performance. The fifth grade was the year that following a bout of mumps, she lost hearing in the left ear. She did not let that stop her. When she was a teenager She studied acting and eventually moved into New York City. Hunter came across Beth Henley by chance in a lift. They wrote together Broadway Crimes of the Heart. It was Hunter's acting debut. When she moved to Los Angeles, she began looking for roles in films. The role she was offered came in the role of an actress playing the main character in Swing Shift. In the last three decades, she has appeared on various TV series and movies. Holly Hunter has a Hollywood Walk of Fame actress as well as the Women in Film Lucy Award.
